For the Architect
Drafting
If you are an architect who specializes in residential design and light commercial, I can work with
you to draft the construction documents for your project. I work in Auto-CAD. If you have a surplus
workload, or just prefer to have someone else do the CAD work, please consider me for this. While I do
enjoy design work, I also enjoy drafting up someone else's vision, turning it into construction ready drawings.
3D Modeling
So far I am just working in Sketchup for my 3D models. It's a simple program to learn and use, and a rough
rendering can come together very quickly. If you have a client who is having trouble visualizing the home you have designed in two dimensions,
I can quickly create a simple 3D model. Seeing the home in 3D, even if it's a simple, rough rendering, can really make it come to life,
and make it much easier for your client to visualize the house. Or, if you prefer, I can do a more detailed, complex, finished rendering
of the home, making it look more realistic and polished. This can be a helpful tool when presenting concepts for light commercial buildings,
and high-end custom homes.
