may come to you, wishing to build their dream home, but without an architect or designer in mind yet. You and I can
work together to make their dream a reality. Builder and designer working as a team can really work in creating a home
that meets the clients wishes while keeping budget in mind.
Spec Homes
If you are a contractor who builds spec homes please consider me for that as well. We can work together
to come up with plans that you can easily work with, creating a desirable floor plan and curb appeal to help
sell the home quickly and efficiently.
3D Modeling
If you already have plans, but your client is having trouble visualizing the home, I can quickly create a
simple 3D model. Seeing the home in 3D, even if it's a simple, rough rendering, can really make it come to life,
and make it much easier for your client to visualize the house.
